Easy Auto, an auto group based in Cleveland, Tennessee, was looking to expand its operations in Rome, Georgia. Pinson’s Construction was their choice to take on the general contracting duties for the 2,956 sq. ft. car dealership building and 70,000 square feet of paved parking, completed in 2021.
This new construction project required site grading and civil engineering work in preparation of and construction for the large parking lot and small office building. Pinson’s Construction chose to implement heavy duty asphalt for the car lot ensuring the parking lot could withstand the heavy truck load required by the dealership. The office building was a mixture of structural steel, wood framing, large glass windows and EIFS (Exterior Insulation Finish System) energy efficient synthetic stucco exterior walls completed with finished concrete floors. These finishes created a modern, professional and highly functional business space.
The landscape design included retention ponds and storm drainage to keep the grounds pristine and accessible even in the wettest of Georgian weather. Additionally, Pinson’s Construction installed LED luminaries in the landscape and parking lot to create roadside appeal.
