In 2020, Georgia Foot and Ankle needed to expand their practice to accommodate more patients. The necessity for additional exam rooms gave their practice the perfect opportunity to seek a custom space of their own.
Dr. Stephen Lapointe approached us with architectural plans in hand, which required additional customization to meet the specific needs of the new facility and limitations of the 15,000 sq. ft lot size. Utilizing the available space, we graded the lot to prepare for the custom craftsman style building and parking lot. By reconfiguring the original plans, Pinson’s was able to take full advantage of the available 3,500 square footage for the building.
Large exterior stained timber posts and stained interior concrete floors give the practice a professional yet personal appeal. Ultimately, Georgia Foot and Ankle moved into their new highly functional space with a dedicated front lobby, three exam rooms, front office space, and storage space to better service their patients. The project was completed on time and on budget.
